Taught a storytelling workshop for Nepali-Bhutanese and Indian youth at Westbury High School, Houston, TX; Jan 2015

As part of my 2014-15 Artistic Innovations award by Mid-America Arts Alliance, I held a storytelling workshop for Nepali/Bhutanese and Indian youth at Westbury High School. After the workshop ended, one student hosted a meal in his apartment where his mother prepared a Nepali meal. Students also participated in several public events that I organized in Southwest Houston, and their narratives were published in Voices Breaking Boundaries’ Borderlines Volume Two publication.
