“Benazir Bhutto is sad,” says my 3-year old.

“Why?” I ask, nervous about what I am to hear.

After all, for the last 24 hours Minal has been moving in and out of rooms with televisions blaring.

“Because they were silly to her. And she is sad. The little girl in the tank top, Benazir Bhutto is sad.” She pauses. “And… and… they killed her.”
